Biography

Maciej Jabłoński - born the 29th of July 1974. 1993 – 1998 studied composition with Marek Stachowski at the Academy of Music in Krakow. Since 1998 he has taught composition and music theory at the Krakow Academy, since 2004 as an assistant professor. He took part in many international composition courses, such as Young Composers Meeting, Apeldoorn (The Netherlands 1997), Sommerkurse für Neue- und Computermusik, Stuttgart (Germany 1997) Radziejowice (Poland 1997), Buckower Sommerwerkstatt (Germany 1998), Internationale Ferienkurse IMD Darmstadt (Germany 2006). His H.M. for violon solo have been first performed in 2006 in Kopenhagen.
