The Danish Composers´ Society is for professional creators of art-music and sound-art across all genres. 
The Danish Composers´ Society is for those who work uncompromisingly with sound and music as an artistic medium.
Artistic experiments driven which challenge boundaries and are driven by curiosity and courage demand special working conditions.
The Composers' Society contributes towards creating these.  It is the Composers´ Society´s mission to support composers and sound-artists in their efforts to develop their artistic potential to the full. 

From Niels W. Gade to Bjørn Svin
As a member of the Danish Composers´ Society one finds oneself in the midst of Danish cultural history. With its close on 100 years of existence, the society is the oldest in the North. The Composers' Society is today more alive and active than ever. We are a modern organization which supports all possible nuances of art with sound as its point of departure. As a member one becomes part of a unique community which reaches across generations and genres. 
The Danish Composers' Society supports the entire spectrum of the creative process,
from the individual artist's first thoughts through  to the way the work is presented in the world.
